Rare voter list updating begins on 25 July

The voter list updating process is set to begin on July 25 (Sunday). Which runs until next August 7 (Saturday). In this rare information collectors will start collecting information from house to house.

Voter registration at the Registration Center at the respective UP or municipal offices will run from August 25 to September 1.

Those whose date of birth is on or before January 25 last year and who have not already been eligible to vote, will also be registered in the updating process.

Not only that, voter transfers and dead voter names will be deducted during this update.

Documents required to be a voter:
১. 3 digit online birth certificate (birth registration card).
2. Photocopy of PEC / JSC / SSC / equivalent certificates.
৩. Photocopy of voter ID card of parents.

৪. Photocopy of spouse ID card (if applicable).
৫. Certificate of Citizenship.
৬. Blood group examination certification.
